
Tim Curtis is a long-time actor
on the Chicago Theatre scene. Some of his acting credits include work
with: Famous Door (Jeff Award-winning production), Steppenwolf,
Shakespeare Repertory, The Next Theatre, Collaboraction (Jeff Citation
Nomination and Jeff Award-winning production), Eclipse Theatre, Buffalo
Theatre Ensemble, They Journeymen (Jeff Award-winning production),
Strawdog Theatre Company (Jeff Citation Nomination and Jeff
Award-winning production), Center Theatre, The Folio Theatre, and
Pegasus Players.
Outside
Chicago, Tim has worked with Center Stage in Baltimore, The Maryland
Arts Festival, Townson State University Theatre, Indiana University
Theatre, and Brown County Playhouse.
Tim's
film and media work includes various industrial films, voice-over,
narration, commercial work, and live industrials in and around the
Chicago area.
Tim received his MFA in Acting from Indiana University.
As
a self-proclaimed "Acting Mutt," Tim's approach to teaching acting is a
combination of many techniques and approaches that he has experienced
