John GreenClip fro "Gangsters & Gurus"
John Green has supported his "creative life" acting in
commercials, industrials and voice-overs. He has appeared on stages
across the U.S., Scandinavia and western Europe. In Chicago, he was
twice nominated for and won the Jeff Award for Bob Falls' production
"Of Mice and Men" at Wisdom Bridge. Featured roles in TV include All my
Children, One Life to Live, Early Edition and The Untouchables and
several made-for-TV movies. John is a current writer-in-residence with
Chicago Dramatists and his plays have been produced in New York,
Chicago, Colorado and Paris. John's play, "Twilight Serenade" was
produced by Red Hen Productions, directed by Act One's Ted Hoerl. His Jeff Nominated
play, "Liquid Moon," opened to rave reviews at Chicago
Dramatists and was produced at Jeff Daniel's Purple Rose Theatre in
Michigan and The Barter Theatre in Virginia. This summer will see the Barter producing his newest play, "Doubting Thomas," while his very first play will hit the stage at New York's Cherry Hill Theatre. |
