 Joanne Sylvestrak Joanne has made a living as an
actress in commercials, industrials, radio, and theatre for over 20
years. She attended Illinois State University and ran her own theatre
company for 5 years. Her stage roles include Dr. Livingston in "Agnes
of God" and Kate/Bea in "Other People's Money" performed at the Royal
George. You might find it hard to think of her without a long stemmed red rose between her teeth - her Grant Thornton television spot has been running for several years -- one of many commercials and industrial films which have made her a respected and in-demand on-camera actress.Her commitment to the growth of students has made her one of the most popular Act One teachers -- only fair, since she was the very first actor hired to teach at Act One!Here's what students have to say about Joanne:
